Terms of Service

By accessing or using any VVOX Enterprises platform (LifeSuite, IntimaSuite), you agree to the following terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
1. Acceptance of Terms
Creating an account or using any VVOX platform constitutes acceptance of these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.
2. Our Services
VVOX operates a shared ecosystem of platforms: LifeSuite (digital lifestyle and marketplace platform) and IntimaSuite (premium intimacy platform), both powered by a single unified AI system, Noemia.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to create a VVOX account. By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
4. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse our platforms — including but not limited to attempting unauthorized access, disrupting service availability, or using the platform for unlawful purposes.
6. Marketplace & Third-Party Content
Certain VVOX platforms (LifeSuite, IntimaSuite) facilitate peer-to-peer transactions between users and independent vendors. VVOX acts solely as a technology intermediary and bears no liability for the accuracy of listings, the conduct of vendors, or the outcome of transactions between users.
7. Intellectual Property
All VVOX branding, software, and platform design remain the exclusive property of VVOX Enterprises. Users retain ownership of content they submit, subject to a license allowing us to operate the service.
8. Payments & Subscriptions
VVOX platforms are currently free to use for everyone, including vendors — this is an explicit founding-member period with zero billing, zero commission, and no live payment processing anywhere on the platform. If and when paid features are introduced, pricing and terms will be disclosed clearly before anything is charged, and this section will be updated first.
9. AURA tokens
AURA tokens are closed-system reward points within VVOX, with no monetary value and no ability to be redeemed for cash. They are earned only through specific actions within our platforms and spent only on VVOX services as published from time to time. They are never transferable between user accounts and are never issued or traded on any blockchain or distributed ledger. AURA tokens earned as rewards expire according to the terms in effect when they were earned, with notice before expiry. VVOX reserves the right to correct errors in an account's AURA tokens balance, notifying the user when a correction reduces their balance.
10. Limitation of Liability
VVOX provides its platforms on an "as is" basis. To the extent permitted by law, VVOX is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.
11. Termination
VVOX reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, to protect the integrity of the platform and its users.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by Greek and European Union law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent Greek courts.
